Integrative
In addition to regulating gut health and achieving overall wellness, also learn the ins & outs of blood sugar regulation. Whether you are pre-diabetic or diabetic, we will work together to reverse this. Diet, exercise and lifestyle can combat this chronic illness. Diabetes can lead to a number of issues so it is best to build lifelong habits that will help glucose levels regulated. Keeping your blood sugar levels in check will help you feel your best. I myself have taken my hemoglobin A1C (diagnostic test for blood sugar) from 5.9 to 5.2!

About coaching:
There are two routes for coaching -
General Health Coaching and Gut Health Coaching.
General Health Coaching – We will take a look at a person’s overall health status. This includes, sleep, diet, exercise, social interactions, work life balance and self care. I will help client’s work towards feeling better, improving burn out, fatigue and chronic stress.
We will also collaborate with other members of the Clients Health care team to determine best line of treatment. Each person is a bio-individual and health practices must be catered accordingly.
Gut Health Coaching – We will work towards improving clients GI distress and symptoms using holistic approaches, diet and exercise. The Gut is often called the “second brain”, housing 70% of the body’s immune system. Whether you are dealing with IBS, general discomfort or food intolerances, we will work together to help you alleviate symptoms and find the root cause of the problem.

There is an abundance of health information available. Clients may find it overwhelming to figure out what diet may work for them. A certified health coach can help navigate what may work best.

Are there payment plans available for coaching programs?
Yes. For mentorship programs, payment plans are available. Payments can be split based on financial need.
Is health coaching like a nutritionist or dietician?
No. Health coaching takes a more holistic approach to your health and wellness. We will look at more than just diet and food intake. You will learn how to eat intuitively and find what works best for you. I will give suggestions on recipes and foods but the goal is not weight loss or weight management. It is however, an inevitable result of putting in the work.
What can I expect from coaching?
Coaching is a process. You may feel some immediate shifts but other changes may take some time. The work you do outside of sessions will be instrumental for your personal development. I will be there to support you as needed.
Are in person sessions available?
Yes! We can meet at a public location or coordinate to meet at your home. This is an add on for sessions.
What are the payment options?
Payment can be made via Zelle or by card. Payments made by card are done securely via stripe.
