Health Mentorship:
A mentorship designed for the individual ready for a complete transformation. We will work closely together for 6 weeks or 3 months. We will have unlimited sessions and communication. I will be available to you for support as you make impactful changes. Some options will include grocery shopping together, preparing meals, wellness activities and meeting regularly. I will be there to answer questions, provide guidance and help to tackle any blocks that may arise. You will have a friend to help you move through challenges. We will also work together to find alternatives to some of your favorite foods.

It is imperative we learn life -long skills to take good care of ourselves and our health. It is how we can show up professionally and personally for others. In this mentorship program, we will spend time helping you transform your lifestyle to feel your best. I will teach you the necessary skills for self - care, time management and how to make yourself a priority when you are continuously pouring into others. This is especially important for both career and health longevity. We will have sessions to discuss your goals and how stress is impacting your life. We will then come up with strategic tools to implement into your daily life. You can feel your best inside and out!
